As you enter Juno Beach heading South from Jupiter the first two tall oceanfront condos you see will be Ocean Royale Condos. The twin buildings are numbered 700 and 750 Ocean Royale Way with the 750 building being direct oceanfront. The two 12 story buildings feature 5 condos per floor with 3 different floorplans. The most popular are the 01 and 05 corner units which are 3,000 sq. ft and have many extra sliding glass doors. The middle 03 stack is just about 2,700 sq. ft and the two other 02/04 stacks are 2,600 sq. ft.
Ocean Royale Interior Amenities
Each condo in Ocean Royale has a semi private elevator and entrance foyer which features double entry doors. The condo features 9ft ceilings with floor to ceiling sliders in the kitchen , living room and master bedroom. The kitchen is closed off from the living area but many owners are opening up the kitchens and giving the units a more open feel as well as offering more ocean views. The large balconies offer extra wide area for a table.
The master bedroom is off the living area and the two other bedrooms are at the back of the condo and share a jack and jill bath. Three floorplans also offer a small den/tv room in the hallway down to the guest bedrooms. You will also find the laundry room down this hallway and a powder room.
Ocean Royale Community Amenities
As you pull up to Ocean Royale you will find a 24 hour manned gate plus a concierge in each lobby. The lobbies are decorated with high end finishes with marble floors. The 750 building has the fitness center which is one of the best I have seen for an oceanfront condo. It also has a 30 person theater, billiards room and a card room. The social room is in the 700 building. Each Juno Beach condo has a minimum 1 garage space and storage cages on the lobby floors. The community has a tennis court above the parking garage.
Outside their are poolside cabanas that may be purchased and a large community pool which gets sun all day long. Walk across the street to Juno Beach and enjoy a quiet beach walk. The Juno Beach Pier is also just across the street which is a fun place to enjoy. To the South is a large preserve area which all the condos in Ocean Royale overlook. You will be amazed at the long beach views down the beaches of Juno Beach. Definitely one of the must see oceanfront condos in Juno Beach.
