Dunes Towers Singer Island Condos

Dunes Towers is located at 5480 N Ocean Dr Singer Island, FL. The twin condo buildings are 12 stories tall and feature just 4 units per floor so each condo is a corner unit. Built in the early 70’s the condos are 2bd/2ba with community laundry rooms on each floor. The condos are about 1,300 sq. ft under air with wrap around balconies. Many of the updated condos have opened the galley kitchens up to enhance the views and light in the condos. The views from all the condos are wonderful but the direct oceanfront units have views up the beach past Water Glades and to MacArthur State Park. The community has a pool, fitness center and clubhouse between the two buildings. An outdoor grill is at the pool as well. Parking is covered or open depending upon the unit. No pets are allowed and no lease the first year. Dunes Tower is one of the must see Singer Island condos with spectacular ocean views.
