The Beachfront condo in Juno Beach is located at 530 Ocean Drive next door to the Brigadoon condos an Oceanfront condos of Juno Beach. Built in 1993 this boutique building is just one of three condos on Juno Beach that have 9ft ceilings. The condo features 5 units per floor with several different floorplans ranging from 1,800 to 2,400 sq. ft. The two direct oceanfront condos are the 03 and 04 stacks and feature incredible ocean and beach views. My favorite stack is the 03 which is the Northeast corner and looks all the way up the beach to the Juno Beach Pier. The Pier is a great spot to fish, surf and people watch.
The Beachfront Juno Beach
As you enter the grounds you will notice the only tennis court on the beach sitting above the underground garages. Next door to the tennis court you will find 16 detached garages that are available to purchase and gives you a second parking space. The building is not the usual rectangle and every condo has wrap around balconies and plenty of floor to ceiling glass which makes for a bright unit no matter which side of the building you live on. As you enter the front door just to the right you will see the pool and pool cabanas as well as the outdoor barbecue grill. Off in the corner you will find the locked beach gate which brings you right to the beautiful Juno Beach.
The lobby is tastefully done with marble floors, individual storage lockers on this level as well as a club room, updated fitness center, billiards room and club room. There are 3 elevators that the 5 units per floor share. Pick the correct elevator and you off to your condo.
Inside Beachfront Condos
The elevator brings you to a private lobby with double entry doors. The kitchens are the typical galley kitchens but many owners are now opening up the kitchens to be part of the living area and giving you beautiful ocean views. The master bedroom features large tub and separate shower as well as private water closets and double sinks. The master bedrooms are quite spacious with plenty of floor to ceiling glass.
The living area features wrap around balconies, floor to ceiling glass and plenty of space for all your furniture. The other bedrooms are separated from the master and some models offer ocean views from the guest bedroom as well. Quite unusual even today. This is one of my favorite beach condos in Juno Beach.
