The Jupiter beach community of Bella Vista sits next to Carlin Park which features a fitness trail, tennis and outdoor theater as well as beach parking. There are two parts to Bella Vista, the Park section which features 8 buildings on Carlin Park with 8 units per building. The downstairs condos are about 1,200 sq, ft while the upstairs units which are a townhouse style with two floors are over 1,600 sq. ft. The upstairs condos feature two master suites, aloft area as well as a third bedroom and a small patio. The other Bella Vista are single story quad units with center courtyards. They are about 1,200 sq. ft with both a screened patio and fenced outdoor living space. They are walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Either Bella Vista condos Jupiter is a great place to live.
