Eastpointe Condos In Singer Island

Located at 5380 N. Ocean Drive in Singer Island the two Eastpointe condos are one of the more popular oceanfront condos on Singer island. The two Eastpointe buildings share outside amenities and have 24 hour manned gate. Eastpointe I are smaller condos while Eastpointe II are much larger condos.

Eastpointe I is a 22 story condo built in 1977 with 7 condos per floor ranging from 1,451 to 2,250 sq. ft. Most are 2bedroom/ 2bath condos. The D stack is the direct oceanfront which is a 3 bedroom/3 bath condo with spectacular ocean views. Each condo is staggered out so every condo gets an ocean view. The South condos are somewhat blocked from a panoramic ocean view by One Singer Island. You need to be about the 18th floor to overlook it. You do get nice city views from the South side units. The condo has a concierge as well with several amenities on the ground floor. They have kids playroom, billiards room, fitness center and a clubhouse with an outdoor barbecue grill. The condos have laundry rooms on each floor. Rentals are minimum 3 months and  a maximum of 6 months once per year. No pets are allowed. Deeded garage space.

Eastpoint II is a 25 story building built in 1981 with just 3 condos per floor. Each Eastpointe II condo is  about 2,700 sq. ft with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The I stack is the direct oceanfront condo and the most popular. The other two units have 700 + sq. ft balconies. Each condo does feature a washer/dryer and amenities are similar to Eastpointe I. Eastpointe II offers some of the largest condos built back in the 80’s. The condo also features a concierge as well as garage parking. This is a No pets building.
