The inventory choices for both Jupiter Beachfront properties as well as Juno Beach Ocean condos is slim at best. It has been many years since I have seen such low inventory and poor choices in beachfront properties. I had expected with the rising sales prices to see more Jupiter beach properties come up for sale, but it hasn’t been the case. You would think as sellers saw their home values rise so dramatically in the past few years they may have thought it is a great time to sell. It doesn’t seem to be the case. Now I am scrambling to find properties for my buyers and finding a decent one can be challenging. Many buyers have become frantic after bidding on properties only to be outbid. Buyers are becoming more aggressive in their offering prices now. Many oceanfront condos in Jupiter have no listings for sale. In fact I bet nearly 40% of the condos along the beach have no condos for sale.

What lies ahead for 2015 and 2016 for beach properties? It seems the entire market is seeing a small slowdown in prices which is good as we have seen some giants leaps in prices recently. Summer may be a good time to find that beach condo or home as many buyers quickly forget about Florida properties once summer hits the Northeast. Be quick and watch the new listings that we email to you. If you see a property you really love call us right away and we will go look at the property for you. One thing I must say is don’t lose the property over a few thousand dollars. Be aggressive with your counter offers and don’t low ball the seller if you want a counter offer back.

Pick a few favorite oceanfront buildings here in Jupiter or Juno Beach and watch and wait for that new listing. You can bet if it’s a nice unit you won’t be the only bidder interested in the property. Some popular ocean condos in Juno Beach are the Ocean Royale, Beachfront and Waterfront. Take a look at the condos in these buildings.
