Another Jupiter Seaside community is Via Del Mar. They are condos but look like a single family home with garages. Jupiter townhomes are usually a little more lax in allowing larger pets than condos as well. You will find several different communities, larger townhomes and more activities as well as newer homes here. The townhome is quickly becoming the entry level home in Jupiter with Jupiter single family homes quickly approaching the $500,000 price range.  Abacoa has it’s own golf club, county parks and a nice downtown with restaurants and shops. Don’t forget about the major league spring training here in Abacoa as well. Best of all you are about 7-10 minutes to the beach.
