I travel around Florida as well as other parts of the country to see just how Jupiter real estate compares to other places. I’ve been here in Florida since 1979 where I first moved to Boca Raton which at the time was a beautiful place to call home. Back then not much existed West of I-95 and Boca West had just been built. Boca still had that small town feel where you knew everyone. It grew and that’s when I moved to Jupiter in 1997. Jupiter at the time was tiny. Abacoa wasn’t built so all that land off Donald Ross Rd was empty. Jupiter was very quiet and very much a seasonal town. Since then it has grown tremendously and doubled in size and has become the hot place to live in Palm Beach County. With many new developments including many new golf communities as well as single family home communities it has become a destination for visitors and locals from around the area. Jupiter Condos
With Jupiter condos you have the choice of Jupiter oceanfront condos, Jupiter beach condos and then the rest of the Jupiter condos not near the beach. Some of the attractions for Jupiter is the beaches which we have a dog friendly beach which is unheard of as well as plenty of beach parking which is free and really nice natural beaches. Living along the Jupiter beach strip you will find bikers, walkers and runners throughout the day enjoying the ocean breezes. With so many different condos and townhomes I’m sure you will find one that suits your needs. Even living out in Abacoa you are just a few miles from the beach.
Jupiter Homes
Near the beach you will find several several Jupiter Beach homes that allow you to walk to the beach and live that wonderful beach lifestyle. You will find most of the Jupiter homes West of the Intracoastal in either Jupiter golf communities or regular single family subdivisions such as Abacoa or Rialto which are two of the largest subdivisions in Jupiter. The most popular properties are Jupiter waterfront homes either directly on the Intracoastal or overlooking the wide Loxahatchee River. They are they premier waterfront properties in Jupiter. No matter what your taste and budget in single family homes you have to check out Jupiter.
As you drive down US 1 in Jupiter you soon realize the amount of green space and preserve areas. Our community isn’t filled with strip malls and auto dealers. Instead you see wide open green spaces and well manicured landscaping. Between US 1 and A1A we have 100 acre park that sits on the ocean which you will not see anywhere here in Palm Beach County. All our shops are high end properties with waterfront restaurants and first class shopping. You won’t see the traffic and congestion to our South. Unless you come visit Jupiter and really pay attention you may not notice all the great things that make Jupiter stand out from other towns in the area.
