Jupiter Yacht Club Condos – Direct Intracoastal

Located just South of Indiantown Rd on US 1 you will see the 5 waterfront condos overlooking the Intracoastal. Built between 2003 and 2006 the luxury waterfront condos feature their own JYC marina which can hold boats to 65ft.  Each JYC condo features their own building name and as they were built new features were added to each condo. The Pointe building was the first condo and sits at 340 S US Highway 1. The 6 story condo features interior hallways with a condo on each side of the hallway. The building features 2 and 3 bedroom condos with the 2 bedroom units also having a den. They are a bit smaller than the newer Jupiter Yacht Club condos but they feature wrap around balconies and plenty of windows to make this feel more like a Jupiter waterfront home.

The newer Jupiter FL waterfront condos which are 400 to 700 addresses feature private elevators directly to your condo and have the front to back design typical of most condos. They made the condos larger and added more features such as a fitness center, club room in the 600/700 buildings.  The condos also feature huge balconies that are about 200 plus sq. ft and overlook the Intracoastal or the Jupiter Yacht Club Marina. Most buildings have 1 or 2 garage parking spaces and some have a private garage inside the building. The condos also allow large pets.

Jupiter Yacht Club Area Amenities

The Jupiter Yacht Club condos feature several local shops and restaurants on their grounds including the Jupiter Riverwalk that runs through the community. The Jupiter Riverwalk runs along the Intracoastal down to Harbourside Place and eventually to the Jupiter Inlet.  You also have public boat dockage available to come enjoy dining or shopping at the Jupiter Yacht Club. Across the street you have several other restaurants, theaters and Publix shopping Center. The beach is just a short bike ride away as well. Come see the Jupiter Yacht Club Condos.
