Reaches Condos on Singer Island

Located at 5280 N. Ocean Drive on Singer Island the Reaches was built in 1981 and resembles the Water Glades on Singer Island. The Reaches is a manned gated Singer Island oceanfront condo. The condo is 19 stories with 94 condos in the building. With a 24 hour manned gate,  the community features a fitness center which was recently moved and updated. Racquetball courts are in the garage.

They have one of the few tennis courts on Singer Island along with a club room with large screen TV which is great for parties. Billiards room and outdoor shuffleboard courts are also here. The outside pool deck was just updated and features a large pool and plenty of small alcoves for privacy while at the pool.  The beach walkway is just off the pool.
