It seems River is moonlighting and has come to work with me to find the best dog friendly condos in Jupiter. Morgan, a pitbull is a new client who recently found us on the internet while looking for pet friendly condos. River is hard at work both day and night looking for that perfect pet friendly condo here in Jupiter. His new client Morgan wants something close to the beach so he can bring his family there and be the first dog on the beach each morning. Morgan has heard alot of good stories about the Jupiter dog friendly beach. I hope he tells all his friends to come see Jim and River when looking for a new condo.
Morgan is just over 50lbs so finding hm a condo can be challenging. No need River is on the job! It seems like they may have found one as River points out to Morgan the many amenities of this beachfront condo. We have several condos that allow large dogs here in Jupiter and they have stopped at one of them to take a look. I’m not sure what they are talking about but River is well versed in all aspects of beachfront living here in Jupiter. Morgan is in good “paws” with River.

River’s favorite oceanfront condo has incredible ocean views for morning sunrises. The master bedrooms have large sliders overlooking the blue Atlantic ocean. The condos were built in early 2000 and feature 2,000 sq. ft plus. The condos have 9ft ceilings and all hurricane impact glass. The two front condo buildings are the most desirable units. From the 4th floor and above you get nice ocean views. River prefers the 6th floor or higher in the 8 story building as he can see all his friends at the beach. He really hates showing property while watching his friends run the beach. But he has college to pay for. Each condo comes with 2 garage spaces and features 24 hour manned gate plus two tennis courts. This is the only oceanfront condo in Jupiter that will allow 50lb plus dogs.
