Jupiter Island Condos- Seawatch

Located at 19670 Beach Rd the Seawatch at Jupiter Island is a popular oceanfront condo built in the mid 80’s. The 7 story building features 65 condos with either ocean or Intracoastal views and some having both. The condo features 2 and 3 bedroom units ranging from 1,800 to 3,000 sq. ft. There are 4 floor plans in the condo building, A through D. The A model features both ocean and Intracoastal views with patios on each side. The B model is a bit larger with 2,300 sq. ft and will be either an ocean or Intracoastal view. The C model is the smallest condo and is just over 1,800 sq. ft with ocean views. The largest  is the D model with 3,000 sq. ft of living space and Intracoastal views.

The condo features 24 hour manned gate with two levels of garage parking. Each condo has at least 1 garage parking space. Other amenities include beach chair storage as well as bike storage. The community features a fitness center, club room and billiards room. Outside you have the community pool on the South side of the building with a beach walkway over to the ocean. Across the street we have a tennis court and boat dockage available. On one side of Seawatch is Blowing Rocks preserve which is a great place to snorkel the reefs. The blue waters of the Intracoastal are some of the nicest waters you will see here in Florida. SUP or kayak across the street on the Intracostal and you will see Manatee’s and Ray’s.  Just one of the Jupiter Island condos that offers plenty of great features.

If you are looking for a less expensive option than Jupiter Island you may want to look at some Jupiter oceanfront condos which are just South of Jupiter Island. You will have to cross the road to get to the beach but they have a few newer condos for prices equal to an older condo on Jupiter Island. Other popular condos on Jupiter Island include The Passages and The Cliveden both luxury condo buildings.,

Jupiter has so may great shops, restaurants , entertaining and sporting events you can see why Jupiter is so popular.
