 Juno by the Sea

Located at 840 Ocean Dive in Juno Beach the Tower is the larger sister building to the Surf which is the other Juno by the Sea condo next door. Built in 1973 this is one of the earlier Juno Beach condos built on the ocean. Most of the condos are 2 or 3 bedroom units with just 6 condos per floor. Come see why Juno Beach is so popular.

12 stories tall with 6 condos per floor the building features outside catwalks. The 2 bedroom / 2 bath are 1,355 sq. ft under air while the 3 bedroom corner condos are 1,800 sq. ft. There are 4 Penthouse condos that feature extra large balconies and are about 2,000 sq. ft in living space. Garage parking is available for some of the condos with others getting outside parking on the property or across the street in their parking lot.

Many of the condos have been opened up to give a more modern feel from the old galley style kitchens with pass through. The condos do feature full size laundry units which was rare at that time. The master bedroom is quite large with a nice size walk in closet. The outside patio space is quite spacious and can accommodate a table and chairs. The pool sits on the South side of the condo and is a bit small. No pets are allowed.
